Business Visa from Nigeria to Portugal Description

Eligible applicants of the Business Visa are businessmen ad businesswomen traveling to Portugal to engage in business activities.
During business meetings with business partners in the country, you are allowed to e involved in the negotiation and signing of business contracts.
This visa allows foreign nationals to attend and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars in the country.
If you will be attending a conference while you are in Portugal, proof of registration and payment for the conference is required.
An official letter of invitation from the inviting company in Portugal is required. The letter must state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit.
The business letter must also state who will bear the cost of the applicant’s finances during his/her time in the country.
A letter from the applicant’s employer in Nigeria stating the applicant’s job position, salary level and length of employment should be provided.
Proof of previous business dealings between the host company and the sponsoring company should be provided, if any.
Non-Nigerians should ensure they are in possession of a copy of their Nigerian residence permit.
You are not allowed to receive payment for the services you render in Portugal.

Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Travel itinerary.
