Tourist Visa from Nigeria to Austria Description

This visa is issued to foreigners traveling to Austria for the purpose of sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation.
This visa also serves as a visitor visa. You can visit your friend or relative who hold permanent residence in the country.
A letter of invitation from your host in the country should be provided. The letter must state the relationship between the you and your host in the country.
A letter of employment from the applicant’s employer in Nigeria should be provided. The letter should state the leave days of the applicant.
If the applicant of this visa is under the age of 18 years, a copy of the birth certificate of the minor is required.
Documents which serves has proof that the applicant has the incentive of returning to his/her home country at the expiry of this visa is required.
This visa does not allow you to engage in business activities during your time in the country.
Proof of payment of visa fee should be provided.

Passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should have at least two blank pages for the necessary stamp.
Duly completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background. The photo should follow the specification for a visa application.
Original copy of bank statement from the past three months prior to the period of visa application. This is proof of steady and continuous flow of funds.
Travel insurance which has sufficient medical coverage. The insurance should be valid for the duration of your stay in the country.
Proof of civil status.
Proof of accommodation for the period you will be staying in the country.
Copy of return flight ticket.
Travel itinerary.
