Transit Visa from Nigeria to Afghanistan Description

The Afghan transit visa allows Nigerians to pass through Afghanistan by land or by air.
Your Nigerian passport must be valid for at least 6 months for you to apply for an Afghan transit visa.
The transit visa is for one month and allows air travellers to stay for a maximum of 3 days while road travellers can stay for up to 6 days.
You must have a valid visa for your next destination from Afghanistan.
You must also provide a copy of your onward ticket to your next destination for you to apply for an Afghan transit visa.
The single-entry transit visa costs $80 while the double-entry visa costs $150.

A valid Nigerian passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the departure date from Afghanistan.
A duly completed and signed visa application form.
2 recent passport-size photographs taken with a white background.
Valid medical insurance to cover the entire duration of stay in Afghanistan.
Proof of financial means.
Proof of hotel or private accommodation for the entire duration of stay in Afghanistan.
Copy of return flight ticket to country of origin.
Documentation showing applicants ties to Nigeria either as an employee, a student or a business owner.
Original copy of the birth certificate for minors and letter of consent from parents.
Letter from a certified medical institution in Nigeria showing a clean bill of health.
