The stadium holds 30,000 people and was built in 2002 by the then governor of Taraba state Jolly Nyame. Jolly Nyame was the governor of Taraba state from may 29th 1999 - may 29th 2007. the stadium has a standard football pitch, the surface of the stadium is grass.
