Holy Cross Cathedral was built in 1883. It is notable as the headquarters of all Catholic Church parishes in Lagos.

This is the seat of the Arch. Bishop and the Lagos Arch. Diocese that also doubles as the headquarters of all the Catholic Church Parishes in the whole of Lagos State.
