The Eko Hospital was established in 1982 and built by A.C. Eneli, S.F. Kuku and A.A.A. Obiora.

A multi-service and multi-location hospital with operations in Ikeja, Ikoyi, Central Lagos, Surulere. The hospital's name is an acronym of the first letters of the founder’s surnames in alphabetical order.

The Ikeja facility is a private teaching hospital and a tertiary institution with a wide range of therapeutic and diagnostic equipment. A third hospital is currently under construction at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
