If you are new to town, this is a cool place to get familiar with the town and its people. You can make friends over drinks, hear the gist in town, and have a great hang-out spot. As with most lounges, it fills out as the night progresses. It is not new to the social scene as evidenced by the auditions for the Miss Excellent Nigeria 2015 held here.
